Registration and Abstract Submission

Participants are welcome to submit the abstracts (up to 2 pages) for oral or poster presentations at the Conference website.
Abstract Template

*For participants representing Russian organizations as well as for Russian co-authors of foreign speakers, it is necessary to provide the Expert Commission’s conclusion with permission to publish and confirm that the abstracts do not contain secret information, as well as information from the category of "Trade secret".

Publications

The book of abstracts of all accepted presentations will be published electronically with an assigned ISBN, and placed at the conference website.


Selected Conference papers will be published in the special issues of Kinetics and Catalysis, Instruments and Experimental Techniques and Bulletin of the Russian Academy of Sciences: Physics. The authors of accepted oral and poster presentations are invited to submit the articles. Only papers presented at the conference in-person may be considered for publication.

Venue

Novosibirsk
is the third-most populous city in Russia as well as the most populous city in Asian Russia. It is located in the southwestern part of Siberia on the banks of the Ob River. Novosibirsk was founded in 1893 on the crossing point of the future Trans-Siberian Railway. It grew rapidly into a major transport, commercial and industrial hub. Today, Novosibirsk is a large rapidly developing industrial, scientific and cultural center with a rich social environment.
Akademgorodok
(Academic Town) is a part of the city of Novosibirsk, located 30 km south of the city center. It is the educational and scientific center of Siberia.
Located within Akademgorodok is Novosibirsk State University, 35 research institutes, a medical academy, apartment buildings and houses, and a variety of community amenities including stores, hotels, hospitals, restaurants and cafes, cinemas, clubs and libraries.
The Conference will be held in the conference halls of the House of Scientists, Boreskov Institute of Catalysis SB RAS, Budker Institute of Nuclear Physics SB RAS, Novosibirsk State University.

All foreign participants of the Conference need a valid passport and an entry visa to Russia (passport should be valid 6 months after Conference). The visa validity dates will conform to the dates of your personal invitation letter. Visa invitations will be sent to all participants upon request. Conference participants should ask HUMANITARIAN type of Russian visa.


The Organizing Committee is ready to provide assistance in obtaining a visa to the participants of the Conference on an individual basis. If you are planning to visit Russia, please register on the conference website and indicate that you need a visa. A representative of the organizing committee will contact you to discuss visa related issues.
